Account Registration and Security
When registering for a bajj account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Deposits and Withdrawals
bajj processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bajj does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals made through mobile wallet channels; however, your mobile wallet provider's own fees (if any) are not within bajj's control.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, transactions above ৳100,000 may be subject to additional KYC review.
- Deposits are credited to your bajj wallet within seconds for bKash and Nagad transfers under normal network conditions. Processing delays caused by your payment provider, network outages, or banking maintenance are beyond bajj's control.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your bajj account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned (less any processing costs).
- bajj reserves the right to limit or reject any deposit if it determines, at its sole discretion, that accepting the deposit would present a compliance, fraud, or responsible gaming risk.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method is no longer available, in which case bajj will coordinate an alternative with the player.
- Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal payments within 10 minutes of a valid withdrawal request being submitted. bajj targets this processing time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
- bajj reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of any active bonus wagering requirement on the account.
- Winnings derived from free spins or bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion's terms before they may be withdrawn as cash.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bajj offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered. The general principles below apply to all bajj promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from staking bonus funds (after satisfying the wagering requirement) may be transferred to the withdrawable cash wallet.
- The standard wagering requirement for bajj bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion. The rollover must be completed within the validity period stated for the promotion; uncompleted rollovers expire and the associated bonus funds are forfeited.

- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through new registrations or by any other means constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be issued to a specified game or group of games. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal. Prohibited Conduct
